Marco Galindo is an Advisor to Mora Munoz Partners, based in Austin. He is a CPA with twenty years in financial reporting and controllership at global companies in cloud computing, consumer technology and energy.
At Google he is Senior Manager of Financial Reporting for Google Cloud. Before that he was Senior Manager of Finance and Strategy for Devices and Services, and controller for the Google Store, Google Fi and Google One. At Shell he was finance lead for Shell Midstream Partners and finance manager for the lubricants business. At Transocean he managed SEC and statutory reporting, then carve-outs and IPOs. He began his career at LyondellBasell.
He advises the firm on the accounting and reporting side of its transactions and CFO mandates. He does so in a personal capacity, separate from his role at Google.
